Why use this channel?

It is good to use established email channels to let engaged residents know about the investment.

The most effective is a single topic email - where a whole email is given over to the investment. But it can also be sensible to use teasers within general newsletters, or environmental / green emails, to help build a regular cadence of mentions of the raise while it is live.

Messaging guidance

It is effective to communicate raise milestones - such as launching, progress, or closing dates. And, due to its long form, it can be used to unpack more key messaging than other channels. Teasers can be a good way of reinforcing headline key messaging.

Also consider using targeted email to push out deeper content around use of funds, to support the narrative build in follow on raises.

Risk warnings and disclaimers

For a single topic email, the longer risk warning is needed.

Investments are long term and may be hard to sell. This is not a savings account. Changes in market interest rates may affect the value of your investment if you sell before maturity. Approver: Abundance (525432). Approval date: [01/07/2025]

For a teaser, the short risk warning is sufficient
