Key information
- You need to decide whether your investment will be placed under the main council brand, a sub brand, or its own branding
- The decision you make affects the assets you need to supply as part of the preparation for your first raise
Detail
It is your decision on what branding you want to use for your investment programme. We have a flexible system that can accommodate your chosen branding for key pages in the user journey. However it is something that you may wish to consider early in the investment preparation process to ensure we don’t hit any snags in the rollout process.
Councils have taken two main approaches in terms of branding:
- Most have chosen to have their investment pages reflecting their main council branding. This means that your council landing page will have a dominant brand colour of your choosing, with your main logo
- Other councils have developed a sub brand or logo for their investment. In this case we use this logo for your landing page, together with the background colour of your choosing
- There is also the option to use an existing council sub brand identity for the investment. For instance if you already have a ‘green’ or ‘sustainable’ logo you use on other projects, you can also use this to badge the investment
- We do not have any live examples of this execution yet
The decision is entirely yours. All we require is a logo file (EPS and transparent PNG, ideally white) of your chosen logo, and the hex code colour that you want for the background.

💡
Note: This branding will only be reflected on your landing page. Your investment listing page - like this one https://www.abundanceinvestment.com/invest/h-f-green-investment-4 - will always have a yellow header stripe, as this is common across all our council investments
